Non-Member Services
For those who are not ready to enjoy all the benefits of DPC membership but are interested in cash-pay services, we offer a limited menu of options with payment due at the time of service. We do not offer chronic care visits or well child/adult visits to Non-Members.
We do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We will provide a receipt for your services which you may be able to submit to your HSA or FSA, but we do not provide superbills, CPT codes or ICD-10 codes. We are also not responsible for any prior authorizations that your insurance company requires for coverage of recommended services or medications.

Discounted Labs - Price Varies by Test + $30 Draw Fee

Request testing without a separate doctor's order. These will be billed to you directly and may not be covered by insurance. Results will be sent to you. If you require interpretation of the labs, you can book a one time lab review appointment for an extra fee.

You may also bring your doctor's order for testing which will be done at a discounted rate with results sent to your ordering provider.
Acute Care Visits - $250

We offer in-office visits on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings, or we do virtual visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Lab Testing Request
Discounted self-requested labs or bring a provider's order
Looking for bloodwork that your usual provider hasn't offered? Or need lab tests requested by your specialist but seeking a more affordable option? We invite you to schedule a lab draw with us for discounted pricing and get the testing you need for a $30 draw fee plus the cost of the tests.
If you are self-requesting tests, we can also arrange a separate visit to interpret the results if you have questions regarding results.
