Individual Plan
One enrollee of any age
If enrolling only one individual of any age in the DPC membership, the cost is $59 per month for adults aged 27 and older, $29 per month for children and young adults up to and including age 26. You can receive a discount on the membership fee by purchasing a year in advance—pay for 11 months and get the 12th month free!
Family Plan
All enrollees (including adults) are age 26 or under
If you enroll multiple individuals from the same household, all aged 26 or younger, the cost is $25 per month for each person. For households with more than two children under 18, each additional child is discounted to $20 per month. Plus, you can save on the membership fee by paying for a year in advance—pay for 11 months enjoy the 12th month for free!
Family Plan
At least one enrollee is age 27 or over
If you sign up multiple people from the same household, and at least one person is 27 years old older, the monthly cost is $50 for each adult 27 or older, and $25 for each individual aged 26 or younger. For families with more than two children, each additional child will be just $20 per month.
