Starter Program includes an initial consultation to evaluate symptoms, check labs if needed, and determine appropriate treatment plan. Includes unlimited virtual visits for 3 months for a one time payment of $499. This evaluation is for those with any of the following symptoms:  brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, joint pain, mood changes, fatigue, weight gain, sluggishness, or overall poor sense of well-being, or if you have concerns that your hormones may be "out of whack" and just want further evaluation.

Maintenance Program includes ongoing medication management or additional evaluation and plan alterations after the initial 3 month start-up package, for only $39 per month.  

Starter Program helps you prepare your body for pregnancy by evaluating and optimizing your nutritional state or by doing additional testing if getting pregnant has been a challenge.  Prenatal health is about much more than just taking a prenatal vitamin.  Included in the one time fee of $199 is an initial consultation to evaluate your current health and determine a plan to optimize your wellness.  This includes unlimited virtual visits for 3 months.  This does not replace routine prenatal care.

Maintenance Program includes check-in visits as needed to support your ongoing wellness for only $33 per month. This may continue through the pregnancy and into postpartum or through breastfeeding if you like.  This program is geared towards those trying to achieve pregnancy, and those looking to create a healthy environment to grow their baby once they become pregnant, as well as restore their nutritional deficiencies created by pregnancy and breastfeeding.  ​

Starter Program is and intensive 3 month program for a one time fee of $1499 which includes unlimited virtual visits for an in-depth evaluation of symptoms, lab work and lifestyle to find the root cause of your symptoms and develop a comprehensive plan using an integration of traditional and functional medicine.  We do a thorough review of your health history to identify when your health changed and what factors may have led to that so we can correct course to help you feel your best.  This is an investment in your health on many levels, so you must be ready for change to receive the most out of this service and to achieve true wellness.

Maintenance Program is for ongoing support and management after initial 3 month intensive Wellness Reset. Get ongoing access to your physician and unlimited follow-up virtual visits as needed for $159 per month.  Once you have reached a state of wellness and are no longer requiring frequent course corrections, you may be converted to the Zen Program for $59 per month at provider discretion.
